Registration for the 2010-2011 year is now open. Simply fill out and submit a registration form (available from our office or online) along with payment before the final day of classes. Registration for new and returning students can also be done on September 11th, starting at 2pm. Please see the calendar for further details. School fees remain at $300 for the year. All results of class placement will be available on the first day of classes.

1. AEC will be held at St. John's Ravenscourt for the 2008-09 year.
2. Registration day is set for Saturday, 13 September 2008 at 2:00pm. Forms are available at this link or from the office. Fees are $300 for the year. Returning students must bring their AEC report cards from the previous year. New students must bring a copy of their day school report cards and will undergo a brief examination and interview.

**Important News**

  1. Registration day for next year is 15 September 2007. Tuition fees are $275 for the entire year. Term payments are also available at $100 per term. Registration will be closed by the second week of classes (29 September). As there may be limited space, we will be operating on a first come first serve basis.
    a. a. New students will be required to bring a copy of their day-school report cards and will write an entrance exam on 15 September 2007.
    b.b. Returning students are encouraged to register early and may pick up registration forms at the office.
  2. There is no class next week due to the May long weekend. Classes resume on 26 May 2007.
  3. Students must arrive promptly for class at 2pm. The outer doors to the school will be locked shortly after classes begin.
  4. Additionally, students must be picked up promptly after classes are finished. Classes are dismissed at 4:15pm, and school doors will be locked by 4:30pm.
  5. Students are reminded to not touch anything in the desks or lockers. Any such instances are considered or vandalism and will be dealt with harshly. Should a student require a pen/pencil or paper, they should ask the teacher or the office can supply some.
  6. The last day of classes is Saturday 15 June 2007.

For returning students, registration for next school year, 2006 - 2007 can be processed as from April 1, 2006 until June 17, 2006. Please bring your completed application form (can be downloaded from the website)with your parents/guardian's signature and a cheque or cash of $250.00 to the office.



For new students, please come to the office on Saturdays (except holidays) from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. from April 1 to June 17, 2006 and take an entrance examination, we will place you into the right level of study if we have any vacancy at that level. As we might have limited spaces, FIRST COME FIRST SERVE policy shall be adapted.
